Ever since my relocation to the U.S, I seem to have developed a passion for health, fitness and nutrition. My motto is: I exercise so I can eat. But if I didn't eat....I would still exercise. Yes, there is still the French part of me who loves a great meal. I love to cook, I love to eat, and I love to exercise. I used to think that I was fat, now I know that it is not true. Three years ago, I was a size zero. Since I have been doing CoreAlign, I have grown to a size 4. The truth of the matter is... I am 51 years of age. Age is just a number, and I am delighted to report that I not only do not feel like it, I don't look like it either. I am as healthy as a human being can be. Make no mistake about it... it does not come for free. Throughout the years, I have spent countless hours educating myself in nutrition always being on the front line of what I needed to do in order to stay healthy. Every decade seems to bring new challenges. Six years ago, I had my very first and ever surgery. When I woke up from the anesthesia, all I could think of, was that I had been reborn looking like the reincarnation of Buddha. I was in hell, it was a new challenge that had been brought my way, and no matter what it took, I was going to fight this and come out a winner. Six years later. I am there!. How I did it... is a long story. What I did.... is complicated. The people who inspired me, believed in me, and never gave up on me ARE the people that I need to thank. They are the dedicated owners and instructors at the dance studio that I belong to called: "Carpe Diem". When I orignally joined, I started doing Pilate. I loved my class, but needed something that would make me "sweat". I soon started CoreAlign. Mike and Amy were my original trainers. I soon grew to love their way of teaching. I am now in the CoreAlign intermediate advanced class. CoreAlign is by far the most challenging exercise I have ever done. If you think that weight lifting, running is hard... then I challenge you to take one hour of CoreAlign. It is however the most rewarding type of exercise I have ever done. It hurts like heck. but it is well worth it. So for what it's worth. Thank you to the owners and all of the staff at Carpe Diem. I am grateful for what you do and I love you all dearly for your never ending dedication and passion for your trade. As for the rest of you...following are some pictures of the CoreAlign equipment.....
If you reside in Eugene, OR... Please give this studio a try. You will love the benefit of it. To your health. Love Always. Moi.
